Deel ATS allows hiring managers and hiring admins to customize the hiring process by adding participants to key steps in the application pipeline, like interviews, email communications, and feedback submissions and collecting structured feedback from interviewers.

Before you begin
To successfully add participants to steps of an application process, you must be:
- A hiring manager or hiring admin
To successfully submit interview feedback, you must be:
- Added to that application process as a participant
Step 1. Add participants to steps of an application process
Participants can be added to the following activity types in Deel ATS:

There are two ways to add participants to steps of an application process:
Method 1: From the Interview Plan
- Go to Job > Interview Plan
- Select a stage
- Click New Activity
- Choose an activity type (Send Email, Interview, Feedback Form)
- Add or update participants and save
Method 2: From the Candidates Kanban View
- Go to Job > Candidates > Candidate.
- Click the relevant substage.
- Select Activities.
- Click New Activity or edit an existing one.
- Add or modify participants and confirm.
Step 2. Submit interview feedback
As a participant, you will receive a notification and or calendar invite when assigned to an evaluation activity such as an interview. To submit interview feedback:
- In Deel ATS, navigate to the candidate’s profile or your assigned task on your dashboard.
2. Open the selected activity and click Submit Feedback.
3. Complete the feedback form and click Submit to save your responses.
