Before you begin
To successfully send and manage candidate emails in Deel ATS, you’ll need a user with an org admin role on Deel.
Step 1. Send a candidate email
- Go to People > Hiring > Candidates and select the relevant candidate.
- Click Send Email from the candidate’s timeline.
- Choose a pre-built email template (optional) or write a custom message.
- Add any relevant attachments (e.g., interview links, documents).
- Click Send to deliver the email and automatically log it to the candidate profile.
Email templates can be managed under Hiring > Settings > Email Templates.
Step 2. View sent email
To view sent emails, open the candidate profile and go to the Emails tab.
