How to Request Anytime Pay
Step 1 - Select the Anytime Pay tab
Once enabled, employees will see the tab under the Finance icon on their Deel homepage.
Step 2 - View Available Earnings
These are the definitions of wages terminology:
- Total Pay Earned: The gross pay (wages) earned during the current payroll cycle.
- Pay Available to Withdraw: The portion of earned wages available for withdrawal, factoring in limits, previous withdrawals, and potential deductions within the pay cycle. Employees may not be able to withdraw 100% of their earned wages, as certain deductions or adjustments may be applied before final payroll processing.
- Withdrawn Pay: The total amount withdrawn in the current cycle.
- Days Left: The remaining days before the withdrawal cutoff (20th of each month).
Step 3 - Request withdrawal
- Employees can submit a request directly from the Anytime Pay tab
- Withdrawals are processed to bank accounts registered on Deel
The withdrawn amount will be automatically deducted from the current paycheck, meaning that your regular upcoming payslip amount will be lower.
Employees can view a summary of all Anytime Pay requests, including amounts, statuses, and other details, from the tab.
How Payroll Cut-off Affects Anytime Pay Access
Anytime Pay is available up until your organisation’s payroll cut-off date, which can vary across Global Payroll employers. If you withdraw part of your salary before the cut-off, that amount will be automatically deducted from your upcoming paycheck. After the cut-off date, Anytime Pay becomes temporarily unavailable and will be reactivated once the next payroll cycle begins.
For full clarity on your specific cut-off and pay dates, please check with your employer or refer to our When Do I Get Paid? article.
