All remaining obligations and contracts from before your migration to Deel IT, previously held with Hofy Ltd, have been moved over to Deel IT Ltd.
This is a novation of your contract including the responsible party relating to all active contracts that were still held by any Hofy subsidiary. This Novation has taken effect as of the 31st January.
This includes:
The entity responsible for providing any leases still active and taken out before your migration
The entity responsible for providing any service provision taken out before your migration
The entity providing any services such as storage or repairs or any other pay-as-you-go services that may be offered via the platform
What this means for you:
Your overall contract terms will stay exactly the same as you signed a new order form with Deel IT
Your old agreements for individual leases will now be managed by Deel IT Ltd under the terms that were active at the point at which you took out your contract.
The reality is that there will be no operational changes to your contracts
This is a contractual change only
There is no action needed at this time.
