This article explains how clients can view, download, and customize invoice reports.
There are two main invoice report types that can be instantly generated: Invoices Summary and All Invoice Items.
The Invoices summary is a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of all invoices generated during your selected date range, while the All Invoice Items report shows all line items for the date range.

How to Download Invoice Summary
You can view and download the invoice summary report, which is all invoices in Deel for the selected date range.
✅ Step 1 – Open Invoice Summary
Select the (1) Analytics tab on your home page, click (2) Reports, and select (3) View Invoices Summary
✅ Step 2 – Download
Click Download Report to download the invoices summary report.
You can further customize the report by selecting the date range, invoice status, and invoice type.
You can also customize the fields by clicking Edit Columns.
Customize Your Invoices Summary Report
✅ Step 1 – Open Customize Report options
Open your Invoices Summary and click (1) Edit Columns to bring up the field options for the report.
Check the boxes you want to be included in the table, then click (2) Update.
You can also customize the report by selecting the date range, invoice status, and invoice type.
How to Download All Invoice Items
You can view and download the All invoice items report, which contains details of all line items in invoices for the selected date range.
✅ Step 1 – Open All Invoice Items
Select the (1) Analytics tab on your home page, click (2) Reports, and select (3) View All Invoice Items

Click Download Report to download the invoices summary report.
You can further customize the report by selecting the date range or contractor/employee name.
You can also customize the fields by clicking Edit Columns.

The "Total Payroll Summary" available in the Reports tab can be used to perform individual payroll analysis of a worker.
This report provides a breakdown of categories and information aggregated on the user(worker) level so that each unique row on the report represents a worker.
The Total Payroll Summary report has various category breakdowns within the cost per user in USD and the currencies users were paid in.
