Yes, non-admin users can create surveys under conditions controlled and defined by the admin. While Non-admins can create their templates, schedule their surveys, and do their reportings using Pulse Surveys by Deel, the admins can define situations where surveys created by a Non-Admin user would require approval.

No, currently, we do not support setting up a specific time to send a scheduled Pulse Survey by Deel survey. 

[ACCORDION] What does the "done" indicator mean when I answer a question?

It confirms that the individual answer has been saved. It doesn't mean the survey is submitted - users must click Submit Response after answering all questions to complete it.

[ACCORDION] How do I finalize and submit a survey?

To finalize the survey, you must click Submit Response after answering the last question. If you navigate away without clicking Submit Response, your answers will remain saved but the survey will be recorded as incomplete.

Note: As you answer each question in a Pulse Survey, a "done" status will appear. This only confirms that the answer to that question has been saved — it does not mean the survey has been submitted.
