Keeping your contact address as up to date as possible in the Deel platform is key.
This allows us to ensure that our delivery and collections processes can proceed without delay.
[ACCORDION] Editing an address before placing an order
To change your delivery address before you've placed an order, simply go to your profile and update all your contact information on the Deel app. When placing your order, please confirm that we have the correct updated mailing address, email addresses and phone number.
[ACCORDION] Editing an address after an order is placed
With Hofy's address lock feature, the address on your profile is locked in on the order, at the point of ordering. Should you need to change your address after you've placed an order, please reach out to Deel IT as soon as possible.
We will be able to assist with an address change as long as the shipment has not yet been processed. If the shipment has been processed, we will need to check with our internal teams to see what options we have available.
It is important to note that Support will only be able to assist with changing the details of an address if it is within the same country. For address changes to another country, the order will need to be cancelled entirely. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will need to update your address in the platform and then a new order can be placed to the new address.
