Deposit Recap
The Deposit Recap details tax liability payments calculated by our systems based on reported payroll information.
For each period, this section shows:
- Tax amounts due
- Statutory due dates
- Deposit dates
- Payment method used
- Confirmation numbers, when applicable
Additional details to note:
- The EIN (Tax ID / Account Number) on file at the time of processing is displayed
- Items marked “Applied For” indicate that payment could not be remitted due to missing EIN information
- This report is often generated before quarter-end tax payments are due; as a result, some confirmation fields may be blank at the time of issuance
FUTA Deposit Notice
If your Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) liability exceeds the quarterly $500 threshold, FUTA becomes due quarterly instead of annually.
This section includes:
- FUTA tax due for the quarter
- Associated wage information related to the federal unemployment tax filing
List of Agency Returns and Addresses
This section provides an overview of all tax filings associated with the quarter, including:
- A list of tax filing form names
- The submission method attempted for each filing (for example, electronic or paper)
