The AI Vetted Marketplace lets you browse and access qualified candidates directly from within Deel Talent, without waiting for a Talent Partner to submit profiles. Access to this feature requires an active paid plan, activated by your Customer Success Manager.
Before You Begin
- The AI Vetted Marketplace is a paid feature — your organisation must have an active plan to use it.
- Plans are set up by your CSM. There is no self-serve checkout.
- Contact your CSM to get started or to upgrade your plan.
Plans & Pricing
Plans are billed monthly. Your qualified candidate allowance is monthly and does not roll over at the end of the cycle.
A 7-day free trial (up to 5 qualified candidates) is available. Contact your CSM to request one.
What is a qualified candidate?
A qualified candidate is a candidate who accepts an interview request. Each interview acceptance counts as one qualified candidate against your monthly allowance.
Tracking your usage
Once your plan is active, you can see your consumption in the self-serve sourcing UI:
- Your counter shows how many qualified candidates you have accessed out of your monthly allowance.
- You will see a warning in-product when you reach 80% of your allowance.
- When your full allowance is used, access to additional candidates is blocked. You can still view any candidates you have already accessed.
- To increase your allowance, contact your CSM.
If you don't have a plan yet
When you attempt to access the AI Vetted Marketplace without an active plan, you will see a message explaining that this is a paid feature with a prompt to contact your CSM to get started.
