This article explains how clients with direct employees that aren't being paid via Deel payroll services can still upload and view employee payslips on the Deel platform.
You can still upload payslips for your employees onto Deel, and attribute the payslips to either a monthly payroll cycle or a custom date range.
Once uploaded, both you and the employee can view and download the payslips from the platform.
✅ Step 1 - Select Payslips
Select the (1) People Icon, click on (2)All people tab select the direct Employee.
In the Employee profile select (2) Payslips.
Click Upload Payslip.
✅ Step 2 - Upload payslips
After finishing the file upload click Continue.
✅ Step 3 - Attribute payslips
The client must attribute each payslip they uploaded. They can choose a monthly payroll cycle, or enter custom dates.
The clients can choose to notify their employees via email that payslips are being uploaded to the platform.
✅ Step 4 - Click Confirm and Continue
Once the payslips are uploaded, the client can download them or delete them from the Payslips menu.
