Clients can now merge existing Worker profiles with another profile. This feature enables you to resolve duplicate profiles resulting from human errors, API/integration discrepancies, or onboarding issues, and maintain a clean People list in your organization.

When can you merge a worker profile
Duplicate profiles can occur when:
- The same worker is onboarded under different emails or names.
- API or integration systems fail to recognize an existing profile.
- Mass onboarding processes mistakenly create new profiles.
With this feature, Clients can now consolidate multiple Worker Profiles into a single, accurate record.
How to Merge One Worker Profile with Another
✅ Step 1 - Navigate to the People Tab and Select the Merge Flow
Go to the People icon and select the People tab. Select the worker whose profile you want to merge.
- Click on the three dots on the right in the worker's profile and Select Merge Profile With.
✅ Step 2 - Define Merge Details
Select the target profile you want to merge into and review the data that will be transferred.
Please note that this data will be added to the target profile and not overwritten. You may edit or delete this data later.
✅ Step 3 - Review and Confirm Merge
Carefully review:
- Which profile will be deleted.
- Which profile will remain and receive the data.
Confirm and execute the merge.
