This article guides clients on how they can manually create and assign tasks to their organization’s workers.
Tasks can be directed to individual workers, groups, or teams. For each task, clients can specify a title, description, due date, and landing page for task completion, and set up reminders.
✅ Step 1 – Select the tasks section on the Homepage
Click on the View button in the task section.
✅ Step 2 – Create a New Task
On the Your Tasks page, click the Create Task button at the top-right corner to create a new task.
✅ Step 3 – Add the Task details
Enter a title and description of the task to specify what needs to be done. Clients can choose to assign the task to an individual worker, a group of workers, or an entire team within the organization.
They can also define the completion date to keep assignees on track and specify a landing page where assignees can go to complete or view the task.
Additionally, the clients can set a reminder to prompt the assignees about the task ahead of the due date if needed.
