The PaySpace integration is part of the Deel Payroll Connect suite and allows to sync data from PaySpace to Deel.
This will allow you to run your payroll in PaySpace and then sync the supported payroll data to Deel so that employees can access it in the platform. Additionally, using this integration lets you use Deel treasury services even if you're running their payroll outside of Deel.
Before you begin
For this integration guide, you'll need to have:
- A working PaySpace and Deel account
- Entities set up in Deel
- PaySpace API credentials with full access
Connect the PaySpace integration
1. Go to More > Apps and locate the integration named Deel Local Payroll, powered by PaySpace.
2. On the integration page, click Connect Deel Local Payroll, powered by PaySpace.
3. Enter the credentials, then click Connect & go to settings. The authentication and API URLs are available in the reference section.

The integration will connect and you're taken to the settings page.

Configure the PaySpace integration
Configure people data sync
Once the integration is connected, it's time to enable the people data sync. People data sync works on a per-entity basis.
To enable the people data sync:
1. In the Plugins and settings tab, locate the Global Payroll - People data sync plugin and click Enable.

2. At the Configuration step, map the entities and groups to be synced, then click Continue.
3. At the Sync entities step, configure the sync schedule, then click Continue.
4. At the Data/item mapping step, confirm that the field mapping is correct or edit it as needed, then click Continue.

a. (Optional) If you have included country-specific fields, you can map them from the Country-specific items section.
5. On the Review & confirm step, review your settings, then click Continue.
People sync is now enabled and will sync people data at the time scheduled. If you want, you can set up the sync for additional entities.
Configure G2N data sync
Enabling the G2N data sync will allow the relevant data to be synced from PaySpace to Deel.
To enable the G2N data sync:
1. In the Plugins and settings tab, locate the G2N data sync plugin and click Enable.
2. At the Configuration step, map the entities and groups to be synced, then click Continue.
3. At the Data/item mapping step, click Map items and map the G2N data as needed, then click Continue.
4. At the Notification settings step, configure the email addresses for notifications, then click Continue.
5. At the Review & confirm step, review your settings, then click Continue.
G2N data sync is now enabled and will sync G2N data at the time scheduled.
